Alternative tone woods
While the traditional Mahogany/Maple/Rosewood approach is certainly tried and true, there are other equally valid combinations of tone woods. Each species of tone wood brings a unique perspective to the total equation, and combining assorted tone woods with an understanding of their strengths and limitations can yield a diverse pallet of desirable tonal possibilities. Therefore, unwilling to be confined by merely one approach, I will from time to time be offering other distinct versions of the Lyrist model. Here are a few favorites:
